Black Lamborghini Countach vs Black Lotus Exige S2 - Which is Cooler?

When I was very young - around 10 years old, say in 1985 - I remember watching the 1981 movie "Cannonball Run" and I was blown away by the Black Lamborghini Countach LP400 S:

That Lamborghini made a big impression on me. But I was always most attracted to the Lotus brand and Colin Chapman's ethos "simplify, then add lightness".

Q: Is a black Lamborghini Countach LP400 S - like in Cannonball Run - my dream car?
A: Maybe it is, but unless I win the lottery I know it is well out of reach.

Q: Is the Lotus Exige S2 as good as the Lamborghini Countach?
A: Absolutely. Looks equally as cool, and is equally as crazy, and is like a 20th of the price.

Writing this post has made me think of some other very cool black cars from the movies:

Knight Rider:

Mad Max V8 Interceptor:

Smokey and the Bandit - Pontiac Firebird:

Condorman - Porsche 911:

The Fast & The Furious - Dom's Charger:

James Bond - Aston Martin V8 Vantage:

And - of course - The Batmobile:

Other cool black vehicles that come to mind:

Rubber Duck's black Mack RS700L in Convoy:

Airwolf:

I have had a few black cars myself: Peugeot 205 Diesel Turbo, Audi A3 TDI, Toyota GR86. The Peugeot 205 was a great success, I only sold it wanting something safer. The Audi A3 TDI I liked for it's looks, but it did have a weird grinding noise at 70MPH. The Toyota GR86 was a great car, but I've been spoilt with Lotus cars and Porsches and it didn't tug at my heart strings enough to make me keep it over paying off some debts.
