Elise Heritage Editions

On Wednesday 6 May 2020, Lotus unveiled four Lotus Elise Heritage editions.

"Four Unique Colour Schemes Pay Tribute To The Innovative And Highly Successful Lotus Race Teams Of The Past!"

"ELISE BLUE & WHITE: Drive like the greats did in Monaco in 1960. An Elise 220 inspired by the first Lotus to win a Grand Prix. 60th Anniversary nightfall blue with white racing livery."

"ELISE BLACK & GOLD: Inspired by the famous livery on the Lotus Types 78 and 79 that revolutionised F1. Make your Elise one that stands out like a true racing classic. Limited edition motorsport black and gold racing livery."

"ELISE ESSEX BLUE: The glamour of 80’s F1 lives on. A livery driven by racing greats. Limited edition Essex blue with red and silver racing livery."

"ELISE RED, WHITE & GOLD: Timeless British racing livery like no other. It’s a bold choice but a great one. Drive a piece of history. Limited edition red, white and gold racing livery."

I think these editions are great. One thing that seems to have gone a little unnoticed is how cool the interiors look. Check out the images below.

My favourite is the 'Elise Blue & White' - I've always had a soft spot for Nightfall Blue. And - if I was going to buy an Elise sometime soon - I honestly have to say that I'd be very tempted to pick up a Heritage Edition over my current favourite spec Lotus Elise Sport 220 from the configurator - which is Motorsport Green & Tan Leather as below.
