Not long after I took ownership of my Evora, I’d managed
to scrape the passenger side mirror casing in an underground car park. Instead
of simply getting the scraped mirror repainted, I bought a pair of Jaguar
X-Type 2001-2007 mirror casings from eBay and had them painted red to try
something different (my white Sport Racer looked like any other white Sport
Racer, nice to do something a little individual). I wasn’t sure how it would
work out, but I really like the results. The black mirror cases – once fixed –
are available to pop back on at any time if I decide to go back to black.
