There
are lots of different ways to do this, but a way I found (just happened to have
the product already in my pantry) is using ‘ArmorAll Bug Wipes’. You can pick up 30 for a fiver (£5) at Halfords.
You do
have to rub a bit, but eventually you will get the track day tyre rubber off. And
this includes off PPF as the below pictures evident (my Orange Lotus Exige has
PPF in front of the rear wheel arches).
Of
course, after all that rubbing you want to put a bit of wax back on. ‘Simoniz Protection Detailer Wax’ does
the job, it’s very easy to use being in a spray bottle, and just £7 at Halfords.
